Coaching facilitates you in achieving deep change, in a safe environment, where we work together in partnership. The coaching space allows you access your inner resources, to gain clarity on what you really want, changing self-sabotaging behaviours, unleashing your inner energy and drive. Coaching motivates you to take action and get the results you want.
Who is Coaching for?
Everyone – all those who sense they are not getting what they want from life, or for those who feel stuck, or know what they want but can not bridge the gap between now and their goals. Coaching is also for those who wish to celebrate their achievements and challenge themselves to greater heights professionally and personally.

I generally recommend 8 hours of coaching – a 2 hour session to start, 4 x 1 hour sessions and a 2 hour session to finish
